What is the difference between ESPN Motion and ESPN360?
ESPN Motion gives the user quick, short videos for those that want a condensed online video experience. ESPN360 has longer, more extended video. ESPN Motion satisfies users who want a more lean forward video experience that involves more immediate interaction, providing highlight clips. ESPN360 provides a lean back experience. Live games and extended video content give the user the opportunity to watch video like extended Sunday Conversations.

Can I change video size?
Yes, video can be viewed in three different sizes: Standard, double, or full size. To change video size, select the preferred size in the bottom left hand corner of the video display area of the player. Video can also be viewed in a smaller form in the compact version.

I can't see any video.
If you experience difficulty viewing the video or player, please go to Macromedia. Download and install the latest version of Flash Player. If you continue to experience problems with Flash video consult Macromedia Flash Support.

I am trying to watch a live event but the video does not show.
If you cannot see any video, you should be prompted with a Windows Media Player error regarding your proxy settings or internet connection. You may need to adjust your proxy settings in Windows Media Player and/or Internet Explorer (especially if you are behind a firewall), in order to view live events through ESPN360 access. Learn how to change your proxy settings.

Some of the buttons and videos seem cut off.
The recommended screen resolution is 1024x768 with 32-bit color.

Some videos are not clear.
Some computers cannot display video unless they are in 32-bit color mode. To see if you are in this mode, right-click on your desktop and choose Properties. Then click the Settings tab. There should be a box near the lower-right which says Color Quality. From the dropdown menu, make sure 32-bit (true color) is selected.

I am using a Mac and I can't see live events.
ESPN360 live events are streamed in Windows Media Player. Live events are not accessible on Macs or computers without the latest version of Windows Media Player.
