How can I ensure smooth video playback?
Video typically uses much of your computer processor's capabilities, so it's best to close other applications that could reduce playback quality. This is especially important when using older computers.

How do I watch FULLSCREEN video?
In the upper left corner of video screen, there is an icon featuring a small square and arrow. Click this icon to enlarge to full-screen. This transformation may take a moment so you may have to be patient. To return to regular mode, click that same icon again.
