What can't you help me with?
  • Testing new software that may or may not be offered by AT&T Worldnet Service in the future is not supported.
  • Mixing and matching software. For example, the use of Microsoft Outlook Express with a Netscape Navigator Web browser is not supported.
We recommend you use the programs that came with your browser, like the Web-based AT&T Message Center.
  • Downloading, installing, or using plug-ins or helper applications such as QuickTime, Shockwave, or RealPlayer is not supported.

To find out which software version you're using, start the software and select Help from the menu bar. Then select About . If you have an older version, we strongly recommend that you upgrade.
