Dear AT&T Worldnet® Service Member:

We hope that you are enjoying the recent enhancements to your AT&T Internet Service. As part of our continual effort to provide you with the best possible Internet experience and customer service, we wanted to remind you about upcoming feature enhancements and inform you of an important new change.

Reminder - Changes to Sign In

As mentioned in a previous email, the following changes for the Remember Me option will become effective on or about Feb. 17:

  • AT&T Webmail: When you sign in to your AT&T Webmail and click the "Remember Me" option, your log-in information will be retained for up to 14 days (as long as you don't sign out or clear the "cookies" in your browser). This means that you won't need to log in each time. However you will be required to sign in again periodically -- after the 14 day period, or if you sign out any time during the 14 day period so please take note of your log-in information.
  • Personalized Home Page: If you have personalized your att.net home page, once you have signed in to the site, your personal settings - such as weather, stocks, color preferences, etc. -- will remain viewable for up to 6 months (as long as you don't sign out or clear your cookies).

    Important! Please note that even if you have previously checked the "Remember Me" option, you will need to sign in after this new time limit becomes effective on Feb. 17, so please make note of your sign-in information now. (If you forget your password, you can always re-set it by clicking "Forgot My Password" when signing in.)

Coming Soon - a New Home Page URL

This March, the Home Page URL will be changing to http://my.att.net. Rest assured, your home page experience will not change due to this update, and this will not affect your att.net email IDs. Only the web address you use to access your homepage will be different. No action is required at this time. We will be sending a reminder notice to you prior to this change in plenty of time so that you can update your bookmarks.
